1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Dreamframe ("Service"), operated by Dreamframe ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

Dreamframe is a web-based AI image generator. You submit text prompts; we process them through third-party AI infrastructure and return generated images. No account is required for the free tier.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA/UK) or have parental consent. You may not use the Service where prohibited by law.

4. Acceptable Use

Acceptable Use Policy: You agree not to use the Service to generate sexually explicit, pornographic, NSFW, or adult content; any sexual content involving minors; non-consensual, violent, gory, hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content; content that promotes illegal acts or self-harm; or content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others. You agree not to attempt to bypass usage limits, content moderation, or safety filters. Every prompt is screened by an automated content-moderation system before generation, and prompts that violate this policy are blocked. We may suspend or permanently terminate access for any violation.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed through Paddle (Merchant of Record). Prices are shown in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Paddle customer portal or by contacting us. Taxes may apply based on your location.

6. Intellectual Property & License

You retain rights to prompts you submit. AI-generated output licensing: Free tier images include a watermark and are for personal preview only. Pro subscribers receive a non-exclusive commercial license for HD downloads without watermark, subject to applicable law and third-party model terms.

7. Disclaimer

Images are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or unexpected. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Dreamframe ("Dreamframe") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and AI image generation service.

2. Information We Collect

Prompts you type (processed to generate images; may be sent to translation and image-generation providers). Usage data: daily generation counts stored in your browser (localStorage). Pro license keys (validated server-side via Paddle; key and instance ID stored in your browser only). Payment information is collected and processed by Paddle — we do not store card numbers.

3. How We Use Information

To provide and improve the Service, enforce usage limits, process Pro upgrades, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on: Pollinations.ai, Cloudflare Workers AI, Volcano Engine / ByteDance Seedream (image generation), Google Translate / MyMemory (optional prompt translation), Paddle (payments), and optional ad providers (e.g. Google AdSense for free users). Each has its own privacy practices.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to remember language, Pro status, daily usage, and preferences. A cookie consent banner lets you accept or decline optional analytics cookies. Third-party ads may use cookies if enabled.

6. Data Retention

Local browser data persists until you clear it. We do not operate user accounts in this version; server-side logs (if any) are retained only as needed for operations and legal compliance.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your region (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. Contact support@dreamframegen.com.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We will update this policy as the Service evolves. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.

Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Dreamframe Pro includes a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email support@dreamframegen.com with your Paddle order ID or the email used at checkout. We will process eligible refunds through Paddle within 5–10 business days.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel renewal anytime via the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep Pro access until the end of the paid period.

4. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for renewals after the 7-day window unless required by law. Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in license revocation.
